Just a note

I just want to note that I am far from perfect.  There's a lot that I could change but haven't and I don't know everything.  I love long showers, we tend to have old beat up cars that are bad on gas, I should have more patience with my daughter, cats and even husband than I do, and I color my hair, and I love notebooks and paper, and as a family we watch way too much TV, and the list could go on.

I had by eyes closed to so many things before that I wish I was more aware of and that is why I've started THIS blog.  I want to share what I'm learning about and what I'm realizing with everyone.  I'm working on changing some of the things I can.  I'm a big believer in just changing some things in our lives will make big differences in not only our lives but the lives of people around us and future generations.

I look forward to other people's feedback on what I write and love when you can include links to other pages with more info on a topic so I can learn more and open my eyes and mind to be well rounded in knowledge.  I'm tired of being in the dark on topics that affect our health and well being and I'm angry that so many people don't realize how much our health is in danger because we're not told the full truth about what we put in, on, and around our bodies.  Please share your thoughts, and knowledge on any of my post.
